Kane New York Style
This fun and sassy one-hour class explores the basic principles of the
Kane School's approach to the Pilates method. In each class we will explore
the details of pelvic floor recruitment, healthy shoulder and back mechanics
and how to do abdominal exercises without stressing the neck. We will apply
our exploration of the details to the full Pilates repertory. This class
is designed to help the beginner and the seasoned Pilates practitioner
find new options for movement, strength and awareness and to get results
quickly. some exercises can be modified for those with injuries or issues

Radiant Child Yoga Program
Radiant Child Yoga Program (RCYP) is a certificate program for teaching yoga teachers, school teachers, parents and all others who are interested in learning how to teach children yoga. The RCYP courses have qualified as CEUs for public school systems, and as credit hours for RYT certification through Yoga Alliance. RCYP, was developed by Shakta Kaur Khalsa, whose vision of sharing the benefits of yoga with children all around the world was the creative spark that initiated the program. Check Schedule
