Crofton Yoga-Staff and Instructors
At Crofton Yoga we take great pride in our friendly and knowledgeable staff and instructors. Our staff are also students at Crofton Yoga. Many of them have been with us for years and will be able to answer your questions and guide you to the right class. Crofton Yoga offers a variety of teachers and styles. All of our yoga instructors who teach adults have a 200 hour certification, while many have earned 500 hours or more. They continue expanding their education and training giving you passionate, highly qualified instructors. We encourage you to read more about our instructors in the link to the left. Whether you are new to yoga or have been practicing for years, we know you will find an instructor that suits your needs on your yoga journey. Please e-mail us at yoga@croftonyoga.com or phone 410-451-1625 with questions.
Additionally, Crofton Yoga is home to several massage therapists who offer Swedish, and deep tissue massage as well as CranioSacral therapy. Please read more about them and the services they offer by clicking the staff button on your left.
Finding the teacher that best suits your style may require taking a few different classes or workshops. We understand that you may not know which teacher, class or workshop to take and so we’ve created this section where we highlight one of our many fine instructors. In addition, twice a year we offer a special promotion to enable students to “sample” the styles of our teachers. Keep your eyes posted for 7 Days for $7.
