Crofton Yoga offers a variety of Classes for children throughout the year including Parent and Baby, Kids Yoga and Tween Yoga.  The schedule varies each session. Please see "classes/schedule" link on top navigation for complete details.

Yoga Camp

Crofton Yoga's Kids Yoga Camp is a wonderful opportunity for children ages 5-12 to explore focus, balance, flexibility and strength in a fun, yoga filled week of journaling, crafts, postures and games. The 2012 Yoga Camp for Kids ages 5-12 will be held June 25th-29th. More information will be posted here in the Spring. For more details, please download the camp brochure (PDF).

Yoga Birthday Parties
Children will be led by a certified instructor in individual yoga practice, meditation, relaxation and partner poses. They will get to create their own yoga pose and create a party keepsake.

Parties are scheduled for 1.5 hours. Class typically lasts for the first 45 min. followed by cake and other activities.

Cost: $200 (for up to 10 children) which includes invitations, balloons, plates, cups,
and napkins and utensils, plus a special gift for the birthday child. Each additional
child is $10. A non-refundable/non-transferable deposit of $100 is required to
hold a reserved time slot and final payment is due one week prior to the party.
No refunds are given if the party is cancelled less than 3 weeks prior to the
date scheduled.

Classes for Scouts
Crofton Yoga offers private classes to scouts and other groups. Classes can be arranged to coincide with badges that the kids are earning or just as a field trip. Scout classes are discounted at $5 a child and require a $20 non-refundable deposit to hold the date. The $20 will be applied to the per child fee provided that a minimum of 4 children participate.
