Classes/Schedules

At Crofton Yoga, we offer a variety of regularly scheduled classes for Every Body and every level.

We offer room temperature (non-hot) classes daily in the tradition of Pranakriya and Kripalu Yoga. 

We believe life gets better with the physical, mental, and emotional benefits of yoga and mindfulness and those benefits should be made available to all.  Offering annual memberships, monthly passes, and punch cards options.   Drop-ins are always welcome, but space is limited. Full and canceled classes are noted on the schedule.

The difference between a yoga studio and a gym is the vibe, the kula (community), and the tranquility of your experience.  We’ve spared no expense in making sure your experience takes you away from the everyday mundane into peace, bliss, and ease.  Offering mindfulhealing solutions to help you have a GREAT day on PURPOSE on and off the mat!
